Gujrat Bill: Chief Minister Narendra Modi announced rule for compulsory voting

Chief Minister Narendra Modi announced rule for compulsory voting for the state of Gujrat. Gujrat Bill will be applicable in the coming election of local bodies.
It is worth noting that Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch had discussed the issue of compulsory voting long back on April 19, 2009.

Narendra Modi, Chief minister, Gujrat has announced for compulsory voting today. The Gujrat bill has created lot of controversies among Indian politicians, academicians and sociologists.

Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch have discussed the issue of compulsory voting on April 19, 2009. It has discussed all pros and cons of compulsory voting.
